Cultural Infrastructure: a critical framework to implement cultural commoning

The presentation focused on the concept of cultural infrastructure, asking whether it can serve as a governance framework that integrates the approaches of commoning and infrastructuring. Through an interdisciplinary lens, and embracing a reading of property rights in light of Article 42.2 of the Italian Constitution, it examined different models of collective cultural management of goods, highlighting their points of convergence and the potential to subsume them under the broader notion of cultural infrastructure.
