In a Europe characterised by linguistic interconnections, mobility, and constant cultural transformation, the university remains one of the key settings in which linguistic and cultural diversity takes shape and gains meaning. This volume stems from a shared Erasmus+ blended learning experience involving students, administrative staff, and lecturers from the Aurora 2030 Alliance, and brings together theoretical reflections, teaching practices, and testimonials dedicated to the relationship between linguistic diversity, intercultural competences, and European identity. Starting from a conception of language as a resource, the contributions gathered here interpret plurilingualism not as a mere coexistence of codes, but as a dynamic, intercultural, educational, and relational practice. The volume addresses several key themes for contemporary higher education. What emerges is a rich and multifaceted picture, in which research and practice are in constant dialogue.
