Abstract
Internal hybrids were characterized in the literature by a discussion on the appropriatestructure of incentives that management should pursue in order to achieve effective knowledgegovernance. In this paper we argue that organizational knowledge governance in MPO's may beconsidered in the light of alternative internal arrangements in terms of incentives: community vs.market-like. Relying on a case study methodology, we deal with how knowledge-relevantincentives are deployed in MPOs.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
