Falling debris from building envelopes, such as collapsed cladding, plaster and cornices, poses significant threats to public safety, referred to as Building Risk. To mitigate this risk, it is essential to quantify the hazards posed by buildings to their surroundings, as well as assess the system's vulnerability and exposure, which are the three key parameters in Building Risk formulation. This paper presents standardised technical sheets to be used for urban system exposure and vulnerability rapid assessment. Urban sections are analysed based on morphological and functional characteristics influencing vulnerability and exposure values. The city of Pozzuoli, located in the Phlegraean region, is selected as a case study due to its diverse configurations enabling different risk scenarios analysis. Data collection, conducted through field surveys and remote analysis, led to the development of 14 standardised technical sheets for urban sections along emergency escape routes. The proposed sheets provide a replicable framework for comparative analysis, ensuring consistency and adaptability. Their novelty lies in the ease and speed of application, also, their integration into GIS environment enhances interoperability and future data expansion. The results support rapid Building Risk assessment by identifying sections at potentially high risk, supporting risk analysis prioritisation and more informed decision-making.
