This study is conducted within the framework of the research project, “Digital Graphic Archive: from drawing to immersive experience. Case study: Miguel Ángel Roca,” a collaborative effort involving the University of Salerno (Italy) and the National University of Córdoba (Argentina). The research focuses on leveraging digitization as a strategic approach for the efficient management of one of the architect’s most representative works: the Plaza España and the Metropolitan Museum of Urban Art (MMAU) in Córdoba. The central objective is to explore the potential of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a comprehensive cultural heritage management tool, specifically tailored for documenting, interpreting, and disseminating Miguel Ángel Roca’s (M.A.R.) architectural and urban production. The proposed methodology centers on the integration of digital surveying, information modeling, and advanced architectural visualization. These are understood as complementary tools intended to enrich the user experience and promote broader public access to this significant cultural heritage.
