The paper elaborates on the goals and methods and examines the preliminary results of a series of events named CyberSystemic interactions (CSI) organised by WOSC. CSI build upon CyberSystemic concepts on personal and group capacities to share and build new knowledge (to learn) before, during and after interactions, and tries to increase the efficiency of the learning process. The initial step in exploring this phenomenon of learning involves providing an overview of the learning process, with a specific emphasis on the concepts and methodologies addressed within CyberSystemics. These concepts and methodologies include feedback, second-order cybernetics, a double loop learning, art-based examination, and Team Syntegrity, among others. Subsequently, the objectives, approach, and outcomes of the conducted CSIs are discussed in detail. The CSI largely has a self-reflection purpose. However, it can also be used by everybody taking part at the learning process, trying to focus not only on the learning process and its outcomes, but is largely interested in examining and redesigning the learning and teaching processes themselves

Abstract
However, it can also be used by everybody taking part at the learning process, trying to focus not only on the learning process and its outcomes, but is largely interested in examining and redesigning the learning and teaching processes themselves| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
