This work begins with a journey through the fundamentals of design of the resolution of legal problems. A fascinating journey that starts from our mind, by the way in which we prepare them to solve problems, examine our strengths and weaknesses in solving problems. Define concepts and rules underlying profits for the so-called problem-solving. In the end we will draw a few key concepts that serve the designer as the tools are craftsman, they will be well-building tools, but also for well-thought. Abstract

We apply these concepts in solving a problem of legal nature. Setting up a simulation environment of the resolution of legal problems by using a very powerful open source environment: Eclipse
