A research to compare the cultural results obtained with different kind of soil workmanship was performed. How crop of reference a summer – autumn grass meadow was select on which, as intercalary crop, literature recommends, immediately after the principal harvest, the execution of a good work of soil fissure, performed to the most greater possible depth. The tests was effected in an agricultural zone of the region Campania in Italy. The preparatory workmanships was all effected on dry soil and covered by stubbles of wheat, residual of the preceding crop, in a field on purpose divided in 8 blocks
