Abstract
Paper presents the numerical and the experimental results of an ongoing joint research program developed between academic partners and Piaggio Aero Industries to design a bird-impact resistant glass laminate structure used for typical aeronautical windshield. Detailed nonlinear transient finite element analysis was carried out using the explicit code MSC/DYTRAN.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
