The structure and the physical properties of polyethylene (PE)-based multilayered films containing an active layer with a special grade of a ethylene/norbornene copolymer (ENC) with good barrier properties to oxygen and aqueous vapor have been studied. The aim is to investigate the possibility to use these materials in the primary food packaging, where good barrier properties to the H2O(g) and O2 are demanding.

Abstract
The structure and the physical properties of polyethylene (PE)-based multilayered films containing an active layer with a special grade of a ethylene/norbornene copolymer (ENC) with good barrier properties to oxygen and aqueous vapor have been studied. The aim is to investigate the possibility to use these materials in the primary food packaging, where good barrier properties to the H2O(g) and O2 are demanding.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
