Neutron reflectivity is a powerfull tool for investigating the interaction between an octapeptide deriving from glycoprotein gp36 of Feline Immunodeficiency Virus and lipid membranes. This interaction is regulated by the presence of cholesterol and sphyngomyelin in the membrane.
