In order to classify the Formagraph tracings, milk samples from 149 individual buffaloes were tested. Milks were grouped into 7 types according to lactodynamographic characteristics and Total Aerobic Mesophilic Flora. Milk with high curd firmness and low TAMF showed more Different days in Milk and low Somatic Cells. Milk with high curd firmness and TAMF showed more DIM and acidity degree.

Abstract
