"Hermes - Linking network to fight sexual and gender stigma" is an European project co-financed within Daphne III Program and implemented by Department of Humanities, University Complutense of Madrid, University College Dublin and three NGOs (AGEDO, Arcigay and Le Kassandre). This original project aims to prevent and contrast different kinds of discriminations, abuses and violence related to gender and sexual orientation, trying to encourage in Naples, Madrid and Dublin a culture of equal opportunities, free from constraints and ghosts originated from gender stigma and heterosexist stereotypes. Among other things, the project aims to create a network between different services and associations which contrast gender and sexual discriminations and violence. Hermes intends to promote specific intervention both at micro and macro-level through awareness campaign and prevention interventions in schools. Substantially, the main objective of the project is to encourage a dialogue between social workers who, in their professional practices, are engaged in fighting homophobia, transphobia and gender-based violence. That is possible through the implementation of a network of associations, institutions and agencies working in Naples, Madrid and Dublin

Abstract
That is possible through the implementation of a network of associations, institutions and agencies working in Naples, Madrid and DublinI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
