The objective of valorization and protection of rural architecture and landscape leads us to turn our attention on the tools which support the planning and construction activities, starting from the identifying values of the local heritage and building culture which represent the potential territorial resources to be transformed into development opportunities. Since the second half of the 20th Century, this objective has been pursued mainly in terms of studies and research aimed at reading the landscape and the typological classification of the artifacts, sometimes even systematically. The purpose of this research transcends this early result achieved and, starting from the “knowledge”, it strives to define “good practice” to regulate the approach to the built landscape. Therefore, the aim here is a reconnaissance analysis of the suggested and/or executive actions developed in different territorial areas of the Campania region with a high environmental and naturalistic value, with reference to manuals and projects, environmental plans and natural park plans, and the feasibility indications produced thus far, such as guidelines and action strategies, urban plans and building codes, and implementation and development plans.

Abstract
Therefore, the aim here is a reconnaissance analysis of the suggested and/or executive actions developed in different territorial areas of the Campania region with a high environmental and naturalistic value, with reference to manuals and projects, environmental plans and natural park plans, and the feasibility indications produced thus far, such as guidelines and action strategies, urban plans and building codes, and implementation and development plans.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
