Abstract
The mainstream economic theory is focused on a particular kind of firm profit maximizing and for which labour is only a production factor without any social characteristic. This is a big mistake. In any economic relation identity and sociality have a rule and their evaluation can change the objective functions of firms, workers, individuals and the associated equilibria. In this paper we analyze how relational and social variables can change result of traditional models in cooperative firms where these aspects, in relation to the nature of the firm, have a prominent role.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
