Organizational Issues fo Regulation Bodies

This work focuses on the analysis of organizational solutions adopted by Eu- ropean Railway Regulation Authorities through the neo-institutional frame- work, to understand existing differences in the responses given by the Authorities to European lawmaking on railway matters. To pursue this aim, all the European Railway Regulation Authorities have been compared, using a semi-structured questionnaire for gathering information about their constitution, organizational structures, coordination and control mechanisms, and governance models.
