Reconstrucción virtual de una bodega tipo en el entorno de la Ruta del Vino de Rueda, Valladolid.

VIRTUAL RECONSTRUCTION OF A TYPICAL WINE CELLAR IN THE RUEDA WINE TOUR CONTEXT. The culture of wine tourism has increased its interest in the last decades, both for the wide presence of wine production areas and for its ability to answer the touristic demand of participative and immersive experience about the culture and the tradition of a site. The wine tourism concern both the rediscovering of production systems, the modern and the ancient ones, and the places related to them. Among the most notable wine production area of Spain there is the Rueda area, in the Valladolid province, in which the wine production is centuries-old tradition. In the context of this paper it is proposed an analysis of the techniques, the instruments and the places involved in the wine production of this specific Spanish area, in order to promote and discover the cultural heritage related to this tradition. This article explains an approach to the reconstruction of the traditional house and winery system in the surroundings of the current Rueda Wine Route.
