How do the citizens of the historic city center perceive the quality of their well-being? The objective of this essay is to identify a series of indicators focused on the crucial aspects that, directly or indirectly, influence and determine the level of well-being of individuals and local communities in Naples historic city center, Starting from the “BES” (Benessere Equo Sostenibile - Equitable and Sustainable Well-being) the research have been considered futher ad hoc indicators relating to topics such as tourism and social security; Factors closely related to the character of the Naples city’s historic centre. In this paper we propose the use of Structural Equation Models, estimated using the Partial Least Squares-Path Modeling method, to measure the perception of the quality of life and to identify the weights of its dimensions and items.
