Ischemia technique at partial nephrectomy has no significant impact on surgical, oncological, and functional outcomes. No ischemia technique universally outperforms the others for all clinical scenarios, and the choice for a technique can be individualized and based on patient and tumor characteristics as well as on surgeon preferences.
