The concept of job satisfaction has been of great interest to social scientists concerned with the problems of work in an industrial society. Job satisfaction is an indicator of how people feel about their work. This study investigates the job satisfaction of 134 teachers in the province of Naples. The study used a Common Assessment Framework &Education questionnaire (short version). This paper investigates the role of factors that impact on job satisfaction. By the results of this study, we highlight the presence of three different teachers’ clusters
