This paper delves into the transformative shift in education towards an interaction paradigm, focusing on learner-centric environments that meld digital processes with adaptable physical spaces. Examining the accelerated digital transition, heightened by the pandemic, the study focus on the evolution of Euro- pean higher education, proposing a comprehensive strategy aligned with the European Education Area (EEA) goals, emphasizing the European Universities Initiative. It introduces the Aurora Alliance and the Euridice Project, focusing on Digital Society, Social Innovation, and Global Citizenship. The project has among its main objectives the development of a new international Master's program, which will make use of a novel collaboratorium concept, emphasizing a transdisciplinary, issue-centric approach with versatile learning activities. The challenges and opportunities in this collaborative, technologically advanced educational landscape are thus outlined.
