In migration studies, attention has only recently been paid to the feminization of migration and how the variable of gender, combined with other identity conditions, impacts whole migration process and social inclusion of migrants. The intersectional and ecological perspectives provide a psychosocial key and effective intervention plans to include migrant women. The present research aimed to explore the characteristics of effective interventions for the social inclusion of migrant women in Italy. Participants were 25 professionals (92% female) aged between 30 and 66 (M = 45.08; SD = 9.92). In summary, this study suggests several guidelines: 1) analysing the impact of power dynamics, especially implicit ones, in relationships; 2) analysing which women are most at risk of social exclusion and violence; 3) analysing how the intersection of cultures occurs and what are the implications of natives; 4) forming an organizational culture on the intersectional approach and to plan for gender impact.

Abstract
In migration studies, attention has only recently been paid to the feminization of migration and how the variable of gender, combined with other identity conditions, impacts whole migration process and social inclusion of migrants. The intersectional and ecological perspectives provide a psychosocial key and effective intervention plans to include migrant women. The present research aimed to explore the characteristics of effective interventions for the social inclusion of migrant women in Italy. Participants were 25 professionals (92% female) aged between 30 and 66 (M = 45.08; SD = 9.92). In summary, this study suggests several guidelines: 1) analysing the impact of power dynamics, especially implicit ones, in relationships; 2) analysing which women are most at risk of social exclusion and violence; 3) analysing how the intersection of cultures occurs and what are the implications of natives; 4) forming an organizational culture on the intersectional approach and to plan for gender impact.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
