Ecological and environmental imbalances impact a territory and impose radical changes on territorial management and development. The Structural Plan of Sant’Anastasia in Naples has been formulated following circularity and resilience principles, defining a non-negotiable development path for an area exposed to multiple risks and ensuring an improved socio-ecological balance through its operationalization. The process includes mapping, elaborating structural rules, and providing specific guidelines for land- use control and infrastructure development. These components have been elaborated through scenarios constructed by collaborating with private consultancy and academia, with the engagement of local stakeholders and entrepreneurs.
