The essay starts from the inability to bargain of the minor, and then focuses on the remedies provided by national and European legislation to protect the incapable who signs contracts to access to social networks and online platforms, which allow the user, after granting the right to use their personal data, to enter in a virtual space full of commercial offers, shown by digital service providers in light of the preferences of the users.
