The phosphotriester solid phase method based on the elongation of the chain in the 5'- to 3'-end direction was used for the synthesis of polydeoxyribonucleotides of 16-18 units contg. all 4 bases. New deprotection procedures and the use of above ambient temp. for coupling reactions are described.
