In the present paper we prove some comparison results via Steiner symmetrization for solutions to the Neumann problem for an elliptic equation in G = E x]0, T[, where T > 0, E is a smooth connected open bounded subset of R^n, and the coefficients and the datum in the equation are smooth functions.
