Abstract
We present an idle-speed controller designed through an optimal LQ technique taking into account during the design phase the presence of a finite time delay between variations in the manifold pressure and in the produced torque. Effectiveness of the scheme and its robustness to underestimation of the delay are shown through computer simulations.File in questo prodotto:
