The aim of this report is to demonstrate the outcome of implant rehabilitation in the anterior maxilla. Aesthetics in implantology results from the correct execution of many rehabilitation phases: presurgical planning, surgical and prosthetic phases, and case management.A guided bone regeneration technique with a staged approach was used in conjunction with implant replacement.
