We compared the intergenerational variations of the clinical phenotype between 30 patients affected with multiple autoimmune syndrome (MAS) and their affected first- and second-degree relatives. Mean age at onset was always significantly higher in the previous generation than in probands for all the considered diseases. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.

Mean age at onset was always significantly higher in the previous generation than in probands for all the considered diseases. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
