Sourcerecord Id Scopus 28346 ABSTRACT: The videolaparocholecystectomy is an ordinary tecnique for the treatment of the symptomatic cholelithiasis and literature showed its several advantages, including the economic ones, about DRG. From March1990 to December 1996 we submitted to videolaparocholecystectomy 552 patients. The real incidence of biliary complications in videolaparocholecystectomy is very difficult to estimate because they could occur many times later and noticed by a different centre. They may be divided in "Major" ones and "Minor" ones. The former are: transections, lacerations and stenosis. The main risk factor consists in a starting phase of understanding. Moreover another risk factor is the bad exposition of Calot Triangle, which can be closed or excessively tractioned
