Starting from our common experience at the European Laboratory of Social Psychology (MSH, Paris), we move to a series of methodological reflections on the development of appropriate intercultural research strategies and techniques. In the same way, we make a reflection on the creation of an international team and on the best ways to work together. In our approach we have always paid great attention to the goal sharing, to the methods of decision‑making, to the members’ skills endorsement, as well as to the language and collaborative dialogue.
