A case of transmissible venereal tumor (TVT) of the palpebral conjunctiva of a 9-months-old, crossbreed, male dog is described. Clinical examination revealed the presence of reddish nodular lesions localized to the conjunctiva of the upper eyelid of the right eye and the buccal mucosa. An alopecic nodule was present on the skin of the lateral area of the neck as well. Genital lesions were not found. The dog was treated with vincristine sulphate intravenously, once a week, for four weeks, at a dosage of 0,7 mg/m2, achieving the complete regression of the neoplasms, without side effects. No relapse, after 8 years, was observed.
