This chapter will first examine International Antitrust Institutions (IAIs) and their powers in the antitrust domain. Second, this chapter will explore the potential for legal transplants between IAIs in the light of the Mexico – Telecoms panel report. Third, this work will assess compliance with procedural fairness standards by the potential donors and recipient of similar transplants. Finally, this chapter will discuss the optimal conditions under which those transplants may take place
