Recently the Near-Field/Far-Field transformation has been formulated as a linear inverse problem so to obtain unprecedented performance. In particular, the measurement points are chosen as the ones optimizing the singular value behavior of the relevant operator. Here the attention is focused on the residual ill-conditioning that could affect the inversion process even after the optimization of the singular value behavior, by proposing the use of the L-curve strategy to automatize the selection of the regularization parameter.

Abstract
Recently the Near-Field/Far-Field transformation has been formulated as a linear inverse problem so to obtain unprecedented performance. In particular, the measurement points are chosen as the ones optimizing the singular value behavior of the relevant operator. Here the attention is focused on the residual ill-conditioning that could affect the inversion process even after the optimization of the singular value behavior, by proposing the use of the L-curve strategy to automatize the selection of the regularization parameter.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
