Thermal convection of a fluid filling an anisotropic porous medium, uniformly rotating about a vertical axis, with local thermal nonequilibrium, is studied. The linear and nonlinear stability analysis are performed. In particular, the coincidence between linear instability and nonlinear (global) stability thresholds is proved.
