Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy (LSG) represents the most performed bariatric surgical procedure worldwide. Morbid Overweight in elderly patients is becoming a significant health problem even in Italy. As well as in younger age groups, bariatric surgery could be indicated even in this subset of patients. However the advantages and results of LSG in patients over 60 years old have received minimal attention.
