La Differenza

Telling the difference, from the point of view of women, means first of all clarifying and accounting for the multiplicity and ambiguity of its forms not only on the lexical level. The difference is biological, psychic, social and cultural, that is, made up of values, practices, roles and behavioral patterns; moreover, feminist thought has introduced not only the difference between men and women in the scientific debate but also the differences between women and those within women. Hence the need to investigate, through the stories of women (images and words), the zero point where awareness of a gap emerged; the spring place where the experience of conflict has crept in, of postponing to another to understand, in which the urgency and the need to create and imagine something else has manifested itself: that is the summit of dreams and hopes which is childhood . A time of discovery and in which, going beyond memory, it is possible to identify feelings and relationships, interpreting and deepening certain aspects that find their way into family education systems often characterized by strong contradictions and disparities.
