Abstract
The resumption of research activities in the Insula Occidentalis area was planned after an analytical stage to examine the critical issues and the many problems that distinguish this urban sector, which has remained largely untouched. Methodological lines of intervention have been defined to grasp and develop the most significant themes from an archaeological point of view: from the study of Bourbon maps, to the analysis of the “landscapes of the research”, through historical cartography and material traces from the so-called “Bourbon mounds”, which still represent, today, the signs of that intense season of investigations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
