CSS tool cards come approccio innovativo per il trasferimento di Know-how

This paper shows an innovative approach for experimental development of know-how transferring through to the use of CSS Tool Cards. These cards allow company to map all high technological know-how using interaction, management and laboratory tools. Each set of cards (interaction) associates a high-tech functionality with specific business questions related to those tools and the SIX SIGMA approach, and allows the user to improve with the knowledge base (management) as well. This approach has been applied to all the high-tech modules of the CSS 4.0 system developed by Capurso Trade & Services Srl for customer care and satisfaction.
