Il ruolo della contrattazione collettiva nel lavoro a tempo parziale privato: cronistoria e art. 8 l. n. 148/2011

Trade unions have always had a strong power of interventions on part time labor contracts. The need of impose a stronger supervision on application of this type of contracts to the employers, declare collective bargaining the principal instrument to defense the time of no-work of part time workers. During the last decade, the changes of regulation had caused conflicting choices on powers of interventions of trade unions, and the use of this contract was referred mainly to the employers. The article analyzed the principal modifications on collective bargaining powers in matter of part time since the first regulation on the topic in the l. n. 863/1984, until the last interventions of art. 8, l. n. 148/2011 and l. n. 92/2012, so called Fornero reform
