In the cultural debate, regarding the mutations of the discipline and the teaching of Drawing in the era of digital transition, the contribution focuses on the reasoning useful to show a proposal of didactic organisation to integrate a traditional educational and communicative structure of knowledge in the academic sphere in the affi rmation of digital technologies in the world of architectural and building design. The aim is to investigate, in parallel, what are the cultural boundaries that defi ne the presence and the place of these technologies in the technical graphic representation, in the maturity of digital modelling. In particular, in the affi rmation of object-oriented parametric modelling in the operative scenario of technicians, what we intend to investigate concerns the role of technology on the changes of the disciplinary culture, on the opportunities to address its metabolization in the training processes, in particular for those who will move in the management and communication of information content today conveyed by rules codifi ed within the Science of Representation. Este segundo giro es el complemento de un momento previo, acaecido alrededor de 1990, en el que “la primera generación de diseñadores digitalmente inteligentes” se atrevió a dar un paso adelante hacia el uso ingenioso de las herramientas que la tecnología informática del momento puso a su disposición.

Abstract
