AI is being used to automate and streamline processes, which can help organizations save time and money while providing better user experiences (Huang & Rust, 2018). Many organizations commonly use AI-powered chatbots to provide users with real-time responses. Additionally, AI-enabled algorithms are used for predictive analytics to provide personalized or ahead-of-time services (Huang et al., 2019). Universities and higher education institutions worldwide also embrace this trend and start to incorporate AI into their processes and service provision (McKinsey, 2022).
