Estereotipos y resignificación en el discurso del turismo: análisis lexicométrico y semántico del patrimonio del agua en blogs de viajes

This research focuses on the tourism discourse online and analyzes in Spanish travel blogs about the Neapolitan cultural heritage. Specifically, it proposes a lexicometric and semantic analysis of a corpus made up of 98 texts (29,114-word types/109,000 tokens), divided into 31 blogs and 66 entry pages covering a chronological publication period 2013 from to 2023. Given the extension of the corpus, the analysis only considers common and proper nouns relating to the tangible and intangible Heritage of Water (9,876 word types/48,764 tokens). The aim is to explore the recontextualization tourism discourse genre online (Calvi, 2010, 2016) as well as its implications on the processes of resignification or remediation of discourses regarding Heritage of Water (Martos Núñez, 2019). Ultimately, the analysis highlights how the water frame itself generates stereotypical cultural constructions involving a tangible and intangible Heritages in its discourses, uses and meanings.
