In this report, we presented a patient with an iatrogenic biliary tract injury (Bismuth type III) following laparoscopic cholecystectomy in which a mangafodipir trisodium (MT) (Teslascan, Amersham, UK) MR cholangiography better described and characterized a biliary lesion than a conventional MR cholangiography.
