This paper investigates the role of learning and creativity in enhancing the practice of co-creating service innovation. The analysis focuses on the contributions of both the network of social relationships and technological support. We identify four categories of practices: 1) engaging, 2) exploring, 3) exploiting and 4) orchestrating.
