A single, reliable, non invasive analytical method for monitoring the fetal level of exposure to different mycotoxins is reported. Tandem mass spectrometry allowed to asses a 200 ng/L of ochratoxin A and 500 ng/L of aflatoxins in biological samples. The analytical method allowed the simultaneous determination of the mentioned contaminants.
